Domestic cleaning - Our core services are domestic housekeeping and shopping and we tailor our package of support to our customers' needs so if you only need a one off spring clean or just an hour of support per week that's fine.  

Our typical customer, if there is such a thing, has two hours of housekeeping services per fortnight.

Importantly, one of our maim aims is to be able to provide the same housekeeper so that our customers can build up trust and friendship. Many of our Angels are like extended family members for their customers.

Independent living support and advocacy - We do so much more than provide domestic support.

We encourage our customers and their families to use Angels as a one stop shop for advice and information so if you or a family member need help with any of the following:

Benefits claims, particularly Attendance Allowance

Smoke alarms

Key safes

Social services support

Falls prevention and occupational health assessments

Care Ring / Telecare Energy efficieny advice

Community groups and leisure activities

Meal delivery - hot and frozen

Gardening and help finding trustworthy tradesmen

If you or a relative or friend are older or disabled and need any help to enable you or them to live independently then Angels can probably help. The most unusual request was from a customer who needed someone to look after her parrot whilst she was in hospital and we found just the place!

We know how important it is to people that they are able to live as independently as possible and this is what we try to achieve for our customers.

Commercial cleaning - We also provide commercial cleaning services such as office cleaning and cleaning of common areas in shared housing and flats.  We are very grateful to all of our commerical customers as their business really helps us to provide support to older people.
